How we work

Support is designed around daily living, community participation, respite, supported living and individualized planning. Every plan starts with the person — their goals, strengths, preferences and routines — rather than a fixed package of hours.

All Evercare services are non-medical. We do not provide nursing, clinical treatment or medical assessments. When a need falls outside our scope, we say so.
