Because Kelowna spreads from the downtown waterfront out to Rutland, Glenmore and the Mission, support here often involves getting from one part of the city to another — appointments downtown, groceries close to home, a recreation centre or library in another neighbourhood. We plan schedules with that travel in mind so a visit is not spent rushing.
