One-to-one non-medical support

Attendant care that respects independence

Consistent, dignified assistance with daily routines at home and in the community, shaped around what each person wants to keep doing for themselves.

What attendant care can include

  • Assistance with daily routines, structure and reminders
  • Support getting around the home and out into the community
  • Help getting to appointments, errands and planned activities
  • Support with meals, hydration and everyday household tasks
  • Companionship and encouragement that reduces isolation

How we plan support

We start with a conversation about goals, routines, preferences and the people already involved. Support is then matched to the schedule that works, and adjusted as needs change. Families often pair attendant care with homemaking support or respite.

Scope of service

Attendant care with Evercare is non-medical. We do not deliver nursing care, clinical procedures or therapy. If you are asking about support related to a motor vehicle claim, please read our ICBC Personal Care Assistance status first — our provider approval is still pending.
